oil cap blowing out since cam tensioner replacement

Default oil cap blowing out since cam tensioner replacement

2003 ultra classic replaced cam chain tensioners and breathers in rocker boxes, now blows out oil dipstick/cap

Just a wild guess but your new breathers ain't breathing.

Thanks Harkon,
Roadmutt pointed me in the right direction. Harley Davidson packs the new breather asemblies in the incorrect postions/order, which woud require the Master Automobile Technician / Novice Motorcycle Mechanic to disassemble it out of the package and reassemble it correctly prior to installation. HaHa Harley Davidson, you got me on that one,

Thanks Prodrag,
I didn't remove the lower rocker box, just the upper and rocker arms to remove the pushrods. I installed new "updated" breathers while apart during the cam chain tensioner replacement process, which resulted in the problem of "no breather function."
Roadmutt pointed me in the right direction. Yeah, You got to watch how those stamped sheet metal breathers got together, I actually like the old cast aluminum ones better.
