New Screamin' Eagle Transmission Oil
Has anybody been using this oil? Is it something new I should try? Harley Part #62600091 80W-140 Heavy Synthetic Gear Lube. Do you think there is issues with the 20w-50 Syn 3 ?

No there isn't an issue with syn-3 ,its just not tranny oil.Never tried this oil you mentioned but any 80-140 synthetic oil would be far superior the 20-50 syn-3 in a Harley tranny.

Not so much issues but how many of us really wonder about that "clunk" each time. However, I found shifting at a higher rpm ( approx 3k ) its not as much. Anyone else see the same result?

I put the new HD synthetic 80W-140 in my transmission and primary yesterday. The transmission has always had Syn3 before. I've used both Formula+ and Mobil 1 Vtwin in the primary.
I did not adjust the clutch this time. Didn't really need it and I wanted to make a more accurate comparison to see if the new oil would make any difference. I didn't really expect to see any noticeable difference but there definitely is. Previously, sometimes when at a complete stop there would be enough resistance to shifting out of first that I would pop right through neutral into second gear.
With the new oil there is definitely less resistance shifting out of first and it slides right into neutral very predictably. No difference whether cold or warmed up. I need more riding to tell if it affects overall shifting and the friction zone. I'm also going to check this morning if it affects the "clunk" shifting into first when cold and if it rolls more easily in gear with the clutch in when cold.

Ok so help me out
I have fallen into harleys brain washing of syn 3 in all cavities. Now if I go with this gear oil does it go in primary and trany?
