If you do an oil change it should take 2.5 qts., but it varies from bike to bike. Frankly, I wouldn't trust the LED gauge since I've read that they aren't always that accurate. You can use it as a reference but checking with the dipstick is the best way.

You can add oil when it's on the side stand. The level should be around halfway to the hatch marks on the dipstick. If in doubt check your owner's manual.
Hot and cold engines had different readings, so do it one way or the other, not both.

I read in the manual book and watch at you tube. so I dont have the marks off cold and hot oil.
so you say to fill it untill the middel stick when he is cold.
next time whe i change the oil i put 2.8 liter like that they wrte in the manual book.

2.8 liters is too much to add for changing oil. More like 2.3 liters. When the motor is completely evacuated of oil it holds 2.8, you would be overfilling it when doing a normal change.
I didn't realize the digital dipsticks had no markings. When you think you have the correct amount of oil you can make slight mark on the stick with a file or something just so you have a point of reference.

The instructions for the digital dipstick state that oil level cannot be accurately measured on a cold engine. I'm not seeing the oil temperature displayed in your picture.

There should be ADD/FULL marks on the dipstick. Oil should be hot when using the marks.

Your 32°C oil is cold, and the 2 bars displayed is within the correct level for a cold check according to the manual.
