I have an 08 street glide which is spraying an oil mist from air cleaner, I replaced the air cleaner and it slowed it down for a while, I just had the umbrella gaskets replaced and not sure that cured the problem . Has anyone else had this prolblem ?

Run a little less oil in the tank. it's a common issue.

Yep....this is an old issue...common problem. Poke around on the forums and you will see plenty of advice. I also routed my crankcase breather circuit completely out of my air cleaner.

 

That is the Harley Davidson "auto-right leg lubricator" system in action. To shut it off take a turkey baster and remove 1/2 pint of oil from your tank until you find the threshold where it stops. (do be sure none of your vent lines is kinked or clogged first) then make a mark on your dipstick so as not to reactivate the system.

However, if you are into practical jokes just imagine the fun you can have with your riding buddies and an extra quart of oil.
