So True, so very true.
5000 miles on the engine, every second riding season for the primary and the transmission too.
HD 20-50 ,Formula+ Transmission & Primary Chain case (10,000 miles or every second riding season)
But, at $9.00 a quart or 946 ml it isnt going to break the bank changing it once a season based on 10,000kms.
A dealership is in the business of selling stuff, be it oil filters or bling they all say the same thing bring it to us we'll empty your pockets for you.(all within reason of course)

Every 4-5,000 miles for engine oil every other oil change do primary. about 20K transmission. If I am leaving on a ride that would come up on a change I do it before We leave.
