Default Overfill oil tank

I just went through that, I just got my 79 shovel back running again after having to put an external ignition module kit on and it sit for about six months until I saved up the money to get my external ignition kit so when I started her up she puked oil all over my patio and sense my bike is a 79 shovel on a a custom softail frame for some reason there is no dip stick just an oil cap, I had made a dip stick the last time I changed my oil but moved and lost the dip stick so I overfilled my tank and it puked it out again so I just left it where it sits now and oi don't puke it no more it leveled itself like concrete I guess but it runs good sense I change the electronics out of the cone so it don't fry them now, gotta love you're Harley like you're old lady or she will leave you on the side of the road.
