That`s a question?

What`s the difference between a quick question and a regular question?

Excuse me if I don`t take this ridiculous thread seriously.

You know what sucks?
My subaru insists on synthetic.
Costs me over $60 every change.
I wait till I get 10k mi out of it. And the car never complains

You know what else sucks?
Harley will fill your bike with **** grade oil. And the bike heats up and wont shift
I pay for the good **** because my bikes like it.
They run cooler and shift better.
Guess the good **** helps

Red face

I was thinking about using Lucas 20-50 synthetic in my 103. So I dug up this thread. The advice from the nasty, thin-skinned arrogant, Ivy League MBA doesn’t seem very reliable. Anybody with a mechanical background like this oil? I noticed in the Prolab post that Syn3 and Amsoil have the most zinc. Syn3 is what I’m using now, and it works fine. I’m looking for something less expensive and/or better. If people think Syn 3 is the best, I’ll stick with that.

[QUOTE=buell95;20407521]Better choices]

wow..Supreme Synthetic Plus AND Extreme Synthetic Plus..wonder if they'll come out with Super Duper Extreme Supreme Synthetic Plus ! that would definitely be a "better choice"

They both have 'PLUS' ....which I assume means

bobistheoilguy.com has any oil information you would want to know.These guys have data sheets on every oil out there. A bunch of test results also.
One common thing over there is not necessary for bikes but is the oil change interval is more important then want brand of oil. To some it up, more important to change it at the proper time then what brand, as long as what your using meets the manufactures requirement of oil
