I'm in the East Bay and always down to do a ride.
I'm usually available on Weekends. But I can make some weekdays work.

Hey guys, can anyone recommend a competent shop to do a cam install on my 96" Road King? It's either that, or a Fuel Moto 107 kit, I'm wanting some more power.

This coming weekend (the 20th) is frog jumping weekend up in Calaveras. Should be a huge party. Anyone interested in riding up to Murphys on Saturday?

Might want to try Old School Customs. They're out by the San Jose airport. Not sure how far that is for you. I've have good experiences with them. They do solid work, just don't expect any coffee and a waiting room. It is truly old school. Ron handles the phone, Audie works on the bikes.

thanks for the recommendation.

I ended up going with Custom Design Studios in Marin. My brother's known them for decades.

In fact my Road King is there now...the Wood 555 cams are installed and I'm picking it up tomorrow!

I'm planning to ride the Marin back roads (and a bit of Route 1) up to Occidental and back on Sunday, the 2nd if anyone wants to join. I live in the City. Likely leaving SF mid morning.

Thumbs up 84/35

Thanks to the HD rider who gave me a helmet tap/popo warning on 84 yesterday around 2pm. HP was waiting a mile up the road!

I appreciate it man!
