In need of storing 3 bikes for a couple weeks.

Our shipper is early on shipment of our bikes (sending them to SFO for vacation) and dealer we are planning on using seems to have "changed their storage policy".

We used them 2 years ago and they charged us only $35 per bike for almost a week's storage. This year their newly updated website/policies are stating $50 per bike per day!

We have calls into them hoping they will work with us...but will call anyone else with secure storage available.

Bikes should be in SFO July 10th and we don't fly in until July 26..... still can't believe the shipper is ahead of schedule that much AND that the new dealer is charging so much for storage......


any thoughts guys/gals?

 

Rent a storage unit?

 

The storage rental places all tell us that the owners of the bikes need to be there to rent a unit.

One of our guys is going to fly out and move the bikes ...when we figure out how to store them...
