Powersports Technical Customer Service Representative

As Powersports Technical Customer Service / Pre-Sales Support Coordinator, you bring to the table excellent people skills and a commitment to delivering the best possible experience to our customers. You will serve as the primary liaison to our eCommerce customers with pre-sales inquiries, guiding customers to the correct equipment for their needs and in the resolution of customer service issues.
This position requires an in-depth technical knowledge of motorcycles, dirt bikes and ATVs. Specifically, experience with machines from Harley Davidson, Honda, Yamaha, Kawasaki, Suzuki, Polaris, Can-AM and KTM.

Key Accountabilities:
- Manage customer pre-sales inquiries relating to product fitment and follow up with timely responses to inquiries via phone & email
- Investigate and resolve customer issues pertaining to product fitment
- Communicate and track fitment issues and product defects with external suppliers and manufacturers
- Identify areas of potential process improvement and provide constructive input
- Collaborate with product data development team on matters relating to product fitment and presentation
- Thorough understanding of the mechanical aspects of motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, personal watercraft and snowmobiles
- Expert knowledge of aftermarket powersports parts and accessories
- Strong computer proficiency
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment
- Superior written and oral communication skills
- Monday thru Friday availability
- This is a full-time job at our Grand Rapids, Michigan facility, one of the fastest growing communities in the state
