Have a paint scheme in mind of laying down a gloss black base coat, then put fishnet stocking over once dry and then lay down some sating black for a snake skin kind of look. Then for a two tone on the sides doing some duplicolor metalcast orange for a candy look. Just wondering if clearing with Spraymax 2k clear, how much would that change the appearance of the satin black paint? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys

 

I believe the 'satin' would go away with the 2k gloss clear over it.
I'm not sure how you'd get a different gloss on only part of the piece. Clear is usually sprayed in one continuous layer.
Youtube may be a good place to look for a solution.
