Does anyone have an idea of what it would cost a dealer to repaint a new bike's tins? Or, replace the tins?
I have an issue with Orange Peel on the tins, but the dealer wants to buff/sand them out. Not entirely sure I trust the dealer not to make the problem worse, then refuse to fix it.

 

Copy the MoCo in on this....go from there.

 

Just dropped mine off yesterday to have it painted the colors of a cvo said 3200-3400

 

Well, picked up the bike from the buffing. Stayed a week with the dealer, and they screwed up the clear coat on the tank and front fender, and couldn't correct my headlight problem. So...now they are contacting the MoCo about replacements and are supposed to call me back Monday. Nobody has given me any grief yet, so the jury is still out.

 

I am going to put HD texture paint on bare stripped engine that will be soda or hydro blasted. I'd like to know which primer to use if any to achieve the best results as the engine removal is not something I wanna do on a yearly basis. I am using original HD texture paint and I'd like to avoid compatibility issues...any ideas?
