Default Razor Pak Reassembly

Hello All!
I have recently taken apart a 2011 Razor Tour Pak to prep for paint. I drilled out the rivets and stripped it down for the paint shop to blast it. Is there a workaround for putting the latches and hinges back on? I've gone to the Harley dealer and they want $180 to re-rivet the same hardware back on. Looking for advice as to whether or not to use the same hardware and let Harley hit me over the head for the amount stated above or is there a Latch and hinge set that anyone may recommend for me to purchase? Thank you all in advance and I apologize if this question has already been asked.

Semper Fi!

I did one with button head stainless bolts ( quite small ) and it worked fine ... Another one I did I used the rivets ... Went by the local dealer and bought him a case of beer and left a deposit on the tool ...
