Default Painting Chrome Fender Tip Trim

I am working on my 2004 Electra glide classic. I have just started de-chroming the bike. My question is this...does anybody sell black fender tips for these bikes, or do I need to get them painted? And if I do need to paint them, what is the best way to prep these parts for paint? I have started the powder coating process, but these plastic pieces can't be powder coated. Any suggestions?

Probably too late, but I'll add. I blacked out my fender tips with a light scotch brite scuffing followed by rustoleum primer/paint in satin black.
