2003 Gunmetal Pearl Paint Codes
I need the final word on the actual paint codes for the 2003 Gunmetal Pearl color. I'm about to have a fairing painted to install on my RK, and need to give my painter the correct paint codes. THERE ARE MANY CODES that I've found in my research - so many that there is conflicting information. Has anyone found and used the correct codes, with a correct end-result?
Here is what I've found so far:
2003 Gunmetal Pearl (not "Gunmetal Gray") -- The paint is more blue than gray
Paint
Any help with this is much appreciated! Thank you!

Yeah I did - there is no "Gunmetal Gray" in the 2003 paint lineup. Even if something says Gunmetal Gray for 2003, it's actually the Gunmetal Pearl (blue-ish). I will look at the can of leftover paint when I get home this evening and will post the paint code. The fairing came out to be an exact match, all the way down to the light metallic embedded in it.

OK I found the code that was given to the paint supplier:
PPG #902651-Gunmetal
This is all they needed to create the paint. I can't remember where my painter had it mixed...but I remember him saying he gets all his paint from a local auto paint supplier (in Vancouver, WA). I'll see if I can get a hold of him and find out.
