Default Micro swirls in pc

Thought I would post this here. Does anyone have a workflow or advice on getting micro or hologram swirls out of black powdercoat on my rear fender struts. I have all kinds of different buffing pads and compounds.

For micro swirls and holograms I would start with a finishing polish and pad combination like Scholl S40. You shouldn't need anything aggressive for holograms.

Meguiar's M205 is a good product as well.

I have used Scholl S20 successfully by hand on a powder coated finish to remove a couple of defects quite easily.

I tried cg v38 on a white pad. The seem to be worse. I have some meg #9 and some 3m pefect it 3000. I was think about trying that on a black pad or by hand. They are driving me nuts. I just looked up scholls. Sound like a nice finishing polish. I might have to get some.
