The reason you have problems matching that color and will continue to is the flake used in it is not an automotive flake. It comes from the industrial side of PPG that most Automotive Refinish Distributors don't have access to. Joe Chief may have a solution in what he saying with the Liquid Metal, it is as close as I've seen from the Automotive side. I do have a distributor that works with HD in York that can provide that color. They have created on there own with no help from HD an acceptable match. PM me if you would like this distributors name and contact info.

03 Sterling silver paint code
Hi All,
I am new to HD Forums. I dented my front fender on my 03 Road King and I am looking for the Sterling Silver PPG# 902650 paint cross reference and no luck. I have read in this thread that there us a work around. Can anyone point me in a better direction?
