Peace Officer Light Blue: Obsolete

Peace Officer Light Blue: Obsolete
So I went and ordered some paint for my bike from the local Harley dealer. Two-tone Peace Officer Light Blue / Peace Officer Dark Blue. No problem says the parts guy, $86 per quart (can't get it in pints). Paid for order, they say "we'll call you when it comes in."
Got a call from them yesterday: "Hey, the Peace Officer Light Blue is obsolete and we can't get it--you'll have to get it color matched somewhere else. The rest of the paint is still available."
Now I'm confused. I checked the HD website, they're still selling 2014 two-tone Peace Officer light/dark blue FLHTK's. How can the paint be obsolete?
Anyone know where the best place to get the paint color matched is?

Harley paint codes per year listed in the above web site. Yes there is better paint out there at a local paint store, just have to pay for quality like anything else.
