Default SE Componsator kit

Hi,
I've got an 08 FLHRSE4 thats got the start up bang and smoke out the air cleaner'from what I've read up it looks like I need a SE compensator,question is do I need a rotor? is there a complete kit as there seems to be a few part numbers about,could anyone tell me the part numbers I need or better if theres a kit with everything to do the job?
Just seen Baker now do a kit,is it better than HD?

I thought i read some where to take out the small roller bearing and replace with a special fibre one. if so whats the purpose.

The composite thrust washer comes in the compensaver kit. It really does dampen any vibration. My SE compensator with the Compensaver has been running great.
