Default 24t comp sprocket review

Just wanted to share my quick thoughts. I Just installed a 24tooth compensator sprocket on my deuce a couple days ago. In my opinion it was a worthwhile mod. I can feel a little more get up and go with the engine not having to work as hard and at 75mph can't tell any difference with the increased rpm's. I actually wish I would have gone straight to the 3:37 gearing but didn't have the cash for a new clutch hub. Installation was pretty simple as well. Everything came apart relatively easy.

Once I get the cash I will probably go to 3:37 or maybe a touch higher. Have to decide on that one.

Overall I like the change for what is a relatively inexpensive mod.

For The street there really wouldn't be any benefit off going to anything over a 3.37:1 overall ratio.

I installed a 21T on my Dyna TC88, there may be other sizes available. Really woke up my bike!
