Default Calling Mark, calling Mark@BakerDrivetrain!!!

I'm installing my Baker comp. My bike is an early 2011 FLHTK (Sept '10 mfg) with I'm assuming the original comp in it (has a hex bolt rather than the T70 torx, no plastic tray glued in). It currently has the 30041-08 rotor in it. Do I need the 30041-08a or not? With the new comp in I am .060 farther out than the clutch. Thanks!

We have ran into this a couple times and have not narrowed down the reason. We can machine down your extension shaft to get you back into spec but double check the alignment first and pay close attention to the second bullet point in the instructions on page five making sure your inner primary is tied down properly. We are still bewildered on why some of these line up perfect and some are .060 out. I believe it has happened with both the 30041-08 and 30041-08A so I don't think that is the reason. If someone else knows different please let me know. If after the double check it is still out of alignment, give me a call and we will get the extension shaft back and machine it down for you.

Thanks for the prompt reply! It's headed back your way for a trim.
