clutch cable replacement
Can anyone tell me if the clutch cable fitting that goes into the clutch release cover is different on each softail model? I have an '03 FXSTB Night Train and I need a black vinyl coated clutch cable with black fittings 10" over. That's 68" housing length with straight ends, no elbows. I can't find one that they say will fit a Night Train. Will one for a different model work?
I appreciate any help cuz I'm stuck.
Thanks.

Found a 68"er it's for a 94-2000 FXDL oem Number 38602-92.

The only differences should be where the adjuster lines up to your frame.
I would find an HD dealer that stocks both and physically check them....
Hope it helps.
