Stuck in Neutral

Stuck in Neutral
My 09' Dyna has about 32k miles with the following mods:
exhaust
cams (S&S 510) with gear drive
intake
Dyno run
Over the past couple of months I noticed that sometimes it would go from 1st to neutral instead of 2nd. Initially I thought it was the operator and that I was limp shifting it. Recently it has gotten stuck in neutral requiring multiple attempts before the tranny would shift into second gear. I went from mids to forwards then modified mids and switched to Amsoil for the transmission and primary?
Any ideas?

The issue started shortly after putting Amsoil 20W50 in all three holes. After doing a little research decided to change the tranny fluid to 75W140 gear oil. Mobil 1 synthetic was used because it was readily available at the local parts house. After 300+ miles no missed shifts.
