Default SE vpc equals which Aim vpc

I found 3 different vpc's from AIM. The LT95, LT84, LT68. Was wondering if anyone knew what Harley's SE VPC was equal to. Basically does the SE increase pressure 20 or 40%

Tamachi Corp.makes the vpc for HD so the clamping forces and clutch lever pressure should be the same at about 20%.

Thanks, was thinking about going with the AIM LT95. That's supposed to increase it by 40%. Unless you think that might be too much.

Either one will be okay as you'll get used to them over a short amount of time. You can also change the clamping and lever force by simply changing the clutch spring back to a stocker instead of the heavier version.

Still have the stock clutch spring. Haven't changed anything yet. Clutch seems to be slipping on hard acceleration on hills and keeping up with my friends on the Japanese vtwins. Figured the vpc would solve it.

Get the aim vpc 95. I have the older 92 version with an aim 340lb spring, SE spring is about 380, I hold over 125tq. You will probably be okay with the stock spring unless you have already glazed your clutch with the slipping you are experiencing.

I was leaning towards the vp95, so I'm happy for the positive feedback on it. Is upgrading to the SE spring a big project? The vpc looks pretty straight forward to install.

No, you are in there anyways and its easy. I don't know if I'd go SE spring, I mean it'll hold like 150lb tq with the 340, why have more spring than that? It's just harder to pull with no gain. Unless you are near that Tq level, are you?

It should take you about 20 minutes to do even if your not mechanically inclined. Nothing to it. There's a vid on you-tube I think. You may also need the spacer to kick the derby cover out so the derby gasket doesn't interfere with the vpc's counterweights while they're spinning.

Also he will need a way to tighten the jam nut while holding the hex adjuster. IIRC a 18mm spark plug socket works, putting the hex key down the hole of the spark plug socket and tightening the jam nut with a wrench on the spark plug socket.
