Default Thunderheart Programmable Speed Sensor.

Looking at purchasing a Thunderheart programmable speed sensor for my 98 Fatboy and was wondering if anyone has done this by adjusting the percentage increase by the increase in gear ratio. Factory ratio overall is a 2.925 my new ratio is a 3.27 an increase of 12% would that be the percentage increase I would use with the Thunderheart and are they reprogrammable if you don't get it right the first time. Thanx...
