Default oil leak

I've noticed every blue moon I have a small drip on my floor looks like it's behind the primary. After reading I'm seeing it could be a number of things any ideas?

Inner primary bearing seal; main shaft/5th gear seal; MDG seal. Anyone of those could be the source of the leak. If the leak is oil, the inner primary bearing seal is gone. If the leak is trans fluid, one of the other two is gone. Not a tough repair; parts are cheap but time consuming and dirty work.

Good idea to do all the seals anyway and look things over. Shifter shaft seal, etc..

Just did this same process (seal replacement) last night. Not hard but time consuming. Good thing I got in there because my compensator nut was not tq'd to spec and starting to back out.

Yep looks like IPBS area. I have a brother that puts different liquids with different colors in the engine, trans and primary so if there is ever a leak he knows what hole it's coming from by the color of fluid used. If the primary leaks its pink if trans leaks purple and the the engine with syn oil. ( ok so before some starts to talk about the colors of liquid could be reversed in colors but you get where this is going ) Kinda smart keeps from guessing where leak is coming from.
