Default Hyd clutch on a RK??

My guess is in order to keep the price down Harley decided not to use the hydraulic clutch from the Electra Glide on the RK on the Rushmore models.

My question is, has someone ever swapped out the cable clutch for the hydraulic clutch assembly?
What's involved and is it worth it?

Not really an upgrade, unless you don't like adjusting your clutch. I looked at them years ago for my 06, spent a lot of time pulling them and talking to folks. The clutch pull was the same hyd vs cable, only real benefit was not having to adjust the clutch with the hyd.

Not sure I would call it a benefit at least with the Harley version. Because you can't adjust the clutch once the plates start to wear there is nothing you can do but change the plates.

We utilize the adjustable 3 piece rod system with ours so you can still adjust the clutch.
