I've heard rumors of Baker coming out with a new six speed for 07 and later models with increased torque capacity. Any more details on this? Specs, release date, etc.

 

Hopefully it will be ready by Sturgis, we have a street version rated up to 165 ft lbs of torque and a strip version rated to 200.

Street will be straight cut 1st-3rd and helical 4th-6th.

Linear detent shift system and new pawl design.

Street has a .94:1 6th

Strip has a .92:1 6th

No price point yet.
