Have a 2008 FLHX street glide w/ 6 speed tranny replaced clutch and cable last year. 30k miles on bike.
Yesterday on a ride I started off from traffic light attempted to shift into 2nd gear wouldn't engage or in additional gears including trying 1st gear again.
the shifter seemed to click into all gears but no engagement. After having it towed by wrecker service back home the shifter seems to not go into any gear.
Any suggestions regarding the solution of this problem would be appreciated.

Simple things first. Start at the shift lever, is it slipping on the shaft? Is the linkage loose? Is linkage working when you move shift lever? Keep looking and work your way back to the tranny. Hopefully you won't have to get into the tranny.
