Default No neutral!

Harley dealer installed screaming eagle race clutch in bike, besides needing to have Popeye forearms to work in in traffic, it will not go into neutral unless I turn off engine. The have adjusted 3 times, still no neutral. I have read instructions on adjust and will try it tonight. Anyone remedy this?

I second Oz Nightrain's thought.
Maybe check the tranny fluid level as well.
You could change both of them (primary and trans).
I rebuilt my 5 spd trans last year in my 2005 FLSTN Softail Deluxe.
I wonder too, if they might have done something to the pushrod assembly that comes through the mainshaft and spans the clutch release cover and the clutch basket. Like overtighten the nut on the basket side, or leave out a piece on the release cover side. Don't really know; just guessing. But I've been in there, and speaking with others, things can be overlooked easily.

I adjusted my new clutch couple weeks ago but had to tighten the cable quite a bit to get it easy to go in neutral, works fine now.

If you have a dial indicator, use it on the release plate and see how much throw you are getting when you pull in the clutch handle. You want at least .070 if you are not getting that much you will have issues finding neutral.
