Compensator & Chain Tension

Compensator & Chain Tension
I have a 2008 ultra classic (96cu, mild cam, tune). At about 50K, based on recommendations in this forum, I changed the primary tensioner from OEM to a Hayden M6.
After ~4K miles, I've removed it and put the OEM tensioner back in. The reason is because it was causing the compensator (Screaming Eagle rev.3) to "clatter" at idle, especially cold. My guess is that my combination of cam, tune and compensator causes some primary chain whip at idle (especially cold).
Now I have a "gently used" Hayden M6 for sale to a good home, best offer.
