2001 transmission

I'm new but I have a question. I have a 2001 Road King and have a bent shaft in my transmission it has over 132000 miles on it I can get one from a 2000 Electra Glide would it be compatible with my 2001 Road King

The gearsets are interchangeable.

How did you determine there was a bent shaft?

Which shaft?

There ere a few changes back then. Just check with the parts books and you'll have your answer. That should be accurate.

The easiest way to know if the parts are compatible is to see if they share the same part number in the parts manual.
