Default Trans swap

I have a 2011 crossbones doner bike and was wondering if the trans from the cross bones will fit into my 01 deuce. Does anyone know if this can be done?
I would like to try this because the crossbones is a six speed and my deuce is not.

As Dan says, they won't fit together. The way the engine and trans bolt together is completely different, going from TC88 to TC96. You can buy a 6-speed gear set for your bike, from H-D or Baker, possibly others.
