I just wanted you to know that I'm a little disappointed that you didn't call for help. I can drink BEER with the best, even though I'm a NOOB here.

Ok guys I have another problem. Everything together. Trying to adjust clutch now. I have took all the slack out of clutch cable. Turned clutch adjusting screw in until I feel pressure. Backed off 1/2 to 1 turn. Locked nut. Moved lever 3 times and have nothing. Adjusted cable at mid adjuster and still nothing. Like I have zero clutch. Something to do with ramp and ball? I feel like I have done everthing right as far as adjusting it. Thanks for the help .

Wrong sequence. Put a lot of slack in the clutch cable. Now adjust the center clutch adjuster as you described. Now adjust the slack out of the cable leaving about 1/16 inch free play at the clutch lever where the cable attaches to the lever.

CAN YOU ACTUALLY SEE THE CLUTCH PLATES MOVING INSIDE THE CLUTCH BASKET WHEN YOU PULL THE CLUTCH LEVER? IF NOT SOMETHING IS MISSING LIKE THE PUSH ROD THAT GOES TO THE BALL & RAMP. IF YOU ARE SURE THAT THE PUSH ROD IS IN PLACE, THEN YOU NEED TO LOOK IN THE BALL & RAMP AREA FOR A PROBLEM.

If you adjusted the clutch like you explained it in post 13 thats the problem(at least one of them). You are supposed to collapse the cable before adjusting the clutch then lengthen it after locking down the clutch. ride99fxd is right.

What type of bike do you have?
I have a sportster 1992 XHL1200 and it is having the same problem.
I already replaced the clutch and clutch line but still the same problem.
I will try to see if the tranny sprocket is the problem.
On the manual, I can see that it is secured pretty well, and this makes me thinking it might be something else.
However, the only way to know for sure is to actually open it up and check.
Thank you in advance for all the responds
