However, if anyone sees this.
I checked the transition sprocket and this is what I found
I do not have a socket to remove it but I will get one tomorrow
Scarred of what I will find.
Any ideas?

Splines on the pulley may be stripped. Going to need at least one main drive gear bearing as well.
