I've got an 89 sporty with a 4 speed tranny. I'm having issues with a leak. I just had the stator and clutch housing replaced and had a new seal kit installed. The other day it leaked all the primary fluid out after a short ride. I found a bolt that looks like a motor mount that had fallen out, I screwed it back in hoping that would fix it but yesterday I rode for about 3 hours and today I took the fill cap off and can't feel anything. So after this long story, my question is, how much oil should be in there. I get the special made sporty primary trans oil and everybody says it takes 1 quart. But how do I check to see how much is actually in there to know if I have to add any? I stuck my finger all the way in there and didn't feel anything
