Default Throw out bearing gone

Now I know why my clutch lever was loosening up this summer. The needle bearing is gone. The only thing left are the 2 races. Is the anything better out there instead of the OE throw out bearing?

Thanks

The only time that bearing has pressure on it is when the clutch lever is pulled in.

However, if the clutch is adjusted too tight the bearing can have pressure on it constantly, which is the usual reason for failure.

This same part number was used for at least 40 years, I think you are looking in the wrong place for the reason the bearing failed.

I'm not looking for the reason and I don't doubt you on why. Just wondering if there's something better.

The baker heavy duty throwout bearing is a better replacement. Much larger in diameter and a different ramp assembly

I like the HD throw out bearing from Baker. Have used it in many costumers bikes with great success. BUT even this better bearing isn't going to live long if clutch is not adjusted properly.

Yep, I realize that now. I thought I was doing it right. But I see I wasn't. Thanks
