Default 2003 screaming eagle cluch

Hi. I am new heard. I own 2003 creaming eagle electra glide. I have a problem. After a long drive I hade a large slack in cluch and could not find a neutral. So I adjusted cluch cabel to get home. I fought that it can be cluch discks so I disassembled but every think seems in good condition. Can anyone giwe a good advise?

I would start by doing a full clutch adjustment by the manual. You didn't say how many miles on the bike but you should have measured the discs when you had them out. They could be worn enough that adjustment won't help.

It has 128000mils on it
i have done cluch adjustment by manual, changed cluch oil. After that I did 200 km trip and that happened. I measured discks it has 38-39mm on it. And I notised that cluch case has a small play like if it was bent..

Check your throwout bearing. It's probably coming apart.

Do you have a hydraulic clutch? As far as I can tell the only screaming eagle bikes in 2003 were the Deuce and the road king.

BTW if you have a hydraulic clutch there may be something wrong with the hydraulics.

I found that bearings in gear box are done. There is a lot of mowement in main chaft.
is there any posibility to put 6speed gear box from 2006 insted of mine? Or is it better to repair mine? And how much is it to repair?

So trap door mainshaft bearing is shot. You have a 100th anniversary Ultra Classic with some added accessories. The later 6 speed transmission won't fit.. Better to repair your. Being in Lithuania, I don't know the cost. It can vary from $200 to $600 (even more ) for parts and about 5-6 hours labor.
