Default Replacing clutch cable

Do you have to drain the transmission oil . Yes / No

If you put the wheels up onto 2x4’s and lean it way over to the left on the jiffy, you’ll only lose a tiny bit as you pull the clutch release cover off. If not, then you’ll have to drain the tranny fluid.

Agreed! It also can be done without removing exhaust.

I'd just drain and replace the tranny oil, cheap insurance to prevent a mishap.
