6 speed trans in a 4 speed frame

Any know what mods will be needed to fit a 1990 softail 6 speed trans into a 4 speed frame (1980 FLHS) with a 1999 Evo motor. I do not want to do the 6 in a 4 case, I do not care for the design of the primary, starter and solenoid setup from 1980.
