on an 07 Road king if I have them completely disconnected would that cause me pulling on the clutch cable to have no affect at all?
For question number two; I have a clutch interlock switch on both handlebars. I never even knew they were there. On my new switch housings, only the right side housing has a place for it. The left hand side does not. Can I get by with only 1?
I've had my bike for 13,000 miles now and I've never had to physically push this button. Can I get by with just pushing that switch inside the housing with no way to access it without taking my housing apart? Or would I be totally screwed at some point. I can drill into it. But I don't have a drill where I am and I definitely don't want to buy one. I spending as much money on tools as I am this project.
thanks for any help?
