So, I have a 95 Heritage EVO. I pulled the primary cover to loosen the bolt holding the starter to the jackshaft. Never found a drain plug, but I will look again.
My question is how do I fill the primary and check the level?

You fill it through the derby cover, the round cover with the five bolts in it right above the drain plug.
