The main output shaft appears bent. I do have a manual, but I would like to know of replacement difficulty.

 

Mainshaft or main drive gear? (the mainshaft is longer and goes through the clutch hub, the main drive gear is the stubby splined one that the pulley goes on.

Are you concerned because the clutch hub/basket appears to be wobbling?

 

pull clutch off and put indicater on shaft,(really cant see how you bent a m/shaft though)most likley a bearing,(main drive,primary,clutch basket or hub)

Before I bought the bike, I learned it had been laid down. The rear pulley of the BDL drive was chipped off pretty badly. I am guessing that is when the shaft was bent. You don't really notice at idle. At shift point it is a most obvious vibration.
