Default Friction disk

Anyone know the thickness of oem (new) friction disk? Mine are at .151 and manual says to replace them at .143.

Most Harley rotors are the same thickness across the entire rotor, so simply measure close to the worn zone. In any event yours are fine, you have a while to go before replacement becomes necessary.

appreciate the response. .008" sure doesn't seem like there would be much left. Motor has 41k on it, I'm second owner so not sure if it was ever replace prior to me. I am waiting on a BDL comp kit before putting it back together. Suppose to be another couple weeks. Thinking of replacing clutch plates and friction disk at same time. 11k the S/E comp is failing which was installed as part of my big bore upgrade. Wasn't expecting the comp to fail that quickly. Anyway thanks again.

If you are giving your bike a once over then it would make sense to replace your rotors and pads. H-D floating rotors come with a set of fasteners and are good value IMHO. I just put a set of Barnet clutch plates in my bike, although I have yet to ride it.

Default clutch friction disk

Possibly I didn't word my original post correctly. I'm looking to find out the thickness of a new clutch friction disk not brakes and rotors. Maybe someone on here knows the answer.
