Trap door bearings
Transmission is a 99.Replacement bearings I ordered are sealed-old ones (8992A) not sealed. Are these new (sealed) bearings still suitable to use?

Why would you run sealed bearings in an oil bath?? The Revtech EVO, 2000 fxdx, 02 and 03 FLHR, trannies I worked on were without seals.

Take a pick and pop the seal plates out. Panic over...

Commas can be useful..... It appears he ordered bearings, but they came through sealed. He wants to know if he should use them.
As stated above, pop the seals off and use them, if they are in fact the same otherwise.
