6 speed?

Will a FLT '08+ 6 speed gearset fit in a FLT 2000 trans case?

No, it won`t fit. If you want to go to a 6 speed transmission in a 2000 case, you will need an aftermarket 6 speed gearset designed for the 5 speed case.
