Default Rivera Pro Clutch w TPP-Assist ??

I'm pretty much decided on...

Rivera Pro Clutch with TPP Variable Clutch Assist (Rivera #1056-0024) http://www.jpcycles.com/product/630-346
...for my 2008 Fatboy

I've decided also to install the HD Screaming Eagle Compensator and the Rivera Pro Clutch with TPP Variable Clutch Assist. The main reason being that I will most likely be doing motor work to increase HP & Torque numbers on the bike either this winter or next.

I have a simple question regarding the clutch with TPP... Rivera states that I need a ring spacer (Rivera #1162-0203) http://www.jpcycles.com/product/630-344 ...for my 5-hole primary cover to bring it out for enough clearance for the TPP... Anyone know how this affects the looks on the primary side cover?

Also, any comments on the clutch itself or the use of fluids would sure be appreciated... if you had to buy it all over again would you?

Thanks
JD

Looking at that link I would say the spacer is only around 1/8" thick, which doesn't seem very much. You can space out your own cover with a few washers to see what it will look like.

based on having used this setup i can confirm the ring does not add much of an offset to the cover. as no noticeable impact on the derby look.

as for the fluid, rivera recommends atf but se comp does not like atf. so run hd primary fluid with excellent results.
