Default TC 88 and TC 96 Softail Primary Question?

I know the TC88 Softail primary has a 4 bolt attachment pattern at the motor and the TC96 has a five bolt pattern. My question is does the TC96 primary have the same transmission bolt pattern as the TC88?

I am building a 200 rigid with a TC96 motor. They make an adaptor for a an older primary (four bolt) to attach to the TC96 motor, but I see several companies who make open primaries for TC96. I am wondering if an Evo style transmission will bolt to a TC96 primary?

Thanks,
