I recently ordered a battery box bag for my 2005 Super Glide. Reading the description I knew Bad&G said it wouldn’t fit my bike. I bought it anyway thinking I could modify the battery cover and get it to work. I was wrong.
So I sent the guys at Bad&G an email and asked them about sending it back and switching for the battery bag that strapped on instead. Greg responded and said instead of switching the bag out for me he would convert mine if I would send it in. I asked how much money I needed to send in for the conversion and the return shipping. Greg’s reply, send no funds. Just the bag. So I sent the bag back on Monday the 8th and June. Much to my surprise, the mailman brought it back to me Saturday the 13th. All I can say is WOW! Converting the bag at no cost and paying for the return shipping was more than I expected, but to get the bag back in less than a week was remarkable in my opinion. Make no mistake, any leather bags I buy from now on will come from these guys if at all possible.
