Speaking of corn,how is the bike handling it in the fuel tank so far?

 

No difference in how it runs, the power or the fuel economy. I am pretty impressed with this engine. Usually I shift from first to third (3,500 rpm). If on the highway often I go from third to sixth (3,800 rpm). Pulls fine no matter if it is 87 or 91.

 

I love the roads and country here. I will be back.

 

The Great River Road along the Mississippi is worth a visit. Things around here do look much better in the summer.

With your choice in roads, how could you go wrong? What I love about riding those secondary roads is you never know what's over the hill or around the corner and sometimes you ride for miles without seeing another vehicle! I am following your journey and look forward to your posts. Thanks,
